These photos are from the past Summer at Machu Picchu. The day was a bit overcast but could still see across the span of the river at Machu Picchu. I have been spoiled in that this was my third trip to this amazing site. Some updates included plastic in the ground to prevent wear and tear of the grass and the wait was not nearly as bad as when I went for the centennial. Many of the photos were very casual and just trying to take some different shots than my previous trips. Also, the kids were having fun walking around and enjoying the site. We even had a nice shot with some of the animals which ended up becoming our Christmas card.
